Information you provide
When you submit an enquiry form, call or email us, you may provide your name, contact details and information about your enquiry. Please only send information needed for your enquiry. This website does not collect payment details or provide customer accounts.
How information is used
We use enquiry information to reply, discuss vehicles and arrange viewings. Where an enquiry concerns a possible purchase, this processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract. We also have a legitimate interest in responding to general business enquiries and keeping our website secure.
Finance introductions
If you ask us for an introduction to The Loan Hub, we will ask for your permission before sharing your phone number and email address with them. The Loan Hub will then contact you directly about finance. Sending a general enquiry does not automatically authorise us to pass your details to the broker.
You can ask us not to share your details before the introduction is made. Once The Loan Hub has received them, contact their team about their use of your information. Their privacy policy is available through The Loan Hub’s website.
Service providers and security
Email and hosting providers process information needed to deliver their services. Technical information, such as IP addresses, requested pages and access times, may be recorded by the hosting service for operation and security. The enquiry service temporarily keeps hashed IP identifiers and submission-token records to limit abuse and duplicate messages. Enquiry messages are delivered by email rather than stored in a separate website inbox. Access to enquiry information should be limited to those who need it for business purposes. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.
How long information is kept
Enquiry information is kept only for as long as needed to respond and manage any follow-up. If you buy a vehicle, relevant records may need to be retained to meet contractual, accounting and legal obligations.
Your rights
Under applicable Jersey data protection law, you may have rights to access and correct your information, request deletion or restriction, object to processing and receive certain information in a portable format. These rights depend on the circumstances. Contact us using the details above to make a request.

Optional website analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand website use and measure successful enquiry submissions. This includes visited pages, browser and device information and interactions. Google receives your IP address when your browser connects to its service. Our enquiry event does not contain your name, contact details or message, and our page-view configuration omits URL query strings and fragments.
You can refuse analytics or withdraw consent through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawal stops future collection; it does not undo processing already carried out.
